• Schedule: daytime, Monday to Friday
• Competitive salary: according to your experience

• Interpret and analyze tender plans and specifications
• Establish the quantities of materials, labor and equipment required to complete projects
• Estimate the duration, schedule and resources required for each project
• Prepare RFQ documents, identify subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinate RFQs
• Analyze bids received, compare prices and select subcontractors
• Prepare the bid and review it with the project manager
• Make any necessary corrections
• Verify the preliminary bid with the construction manager
• Update the bid and send it to the project assistant for finalization
• Participate in the project start-up meeting with the project manager to review the specifics and established direction
• Follow up with subcontractors and resources selected for project implementation
• Perform any other tasks required by supervision

• Construction estimating experience
• Excellent computer skills
• ASP Construction card (an asset)
• Excellent analytical and concentration skills
